Session Design Form
We anticipate the European Learning Gathering resembling Open Space Technology, but with some sessions being prepared ahead of time. Our logic for this decision is that we want sessions to actively use Liberating Structures and while some design work can be done in the moment & improvisationally as sessions get proposed, we also know that having time to deliberately prepare, match, and string structures together for a given purpose is also beneficial.

If wanted, there will be place and time to refine your proposed session, give-and-get help from other practitioners, and work collaboratively with anyone that might be interested in the topic you've identified. These design meetings are NOT mandatory, but we hope you find them a productive way to work out the knots of your proposed session.
