Because the information from States' 4-H was broadly distributed, many active exchange states did not gain access to the program offering before a massive shut down of the registration. We are trying to gauge interest from our families and 4-H members in North Carolina to fill spots for future partnerships with NC 4-H, States' 4-H and respective international partners.
