Registration Form: EMPACT seminar/workshop “Circular Economy, Green Technologies and Empathy in Artistic Practices”

We are pleased to announce this in-person workshop in the framework of the innovative project "EMPACT - Empathy and Sustainability: The Art of Thinking Like a Mountain" (co-funded by the Creative Europe project, Grant Agreement No: 101055903 – EMPACT – CREA-CULT-2021- COOP-2). This event is organised by the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts “Kr. Sarafov”, one of the EMPACT consortium partner and will be held in Bulgarian language, with English ppts presentations. If you are passionate about the environment, nature and the arts; if you are an ecologist, eco-activist, artist, arts manager, cultural professional, researcher, educator, or student, register here! You will receive a Certificate of attendance from NATFIZ upon successful completion of the workshop.

📝NOTE: Once you have submitted your registration form, you will receive the full seminar program via email, 10 days before the event. The seminar is free of charge. When you register, please make sure that you will attend, so that the public money is well spent. 9 June: Afternoon session: interactive presentation - Radko Kovachev and Asen Nenov: See Circular! Feel Circular! Act Circular!

10 June: Morning session: Interactive presentation - Marina Mihailova & Niya Nedelcheva: Protecting nature through the art

10 June: Afternoon session: creative workshop - Stefan Zarev & Maria Panayotova: Acting for inner and outer balance: exercises for connecting with nature, dealing with problems, consequences of the disturbed balance.

10 June: Afternoon session: creative workshop - Paolina Popova: I see I move, I feel through nature: exercises related to motor/ physical speech and movement as a way to communicate, through creativity.

11 June: Morning session: creative workshop - Dr. Mila Stoeva: Eco-art: making art installations from waste materials, especially from plastic.

11 June: Morning session: creative workshop - Dr. Yana Dzharova-Karakoleva: Plastic “Bloom”: focus on how waste plastic materials can interact with nature.

11 June: Afternoon session: creative workshop - Krasimira Ivanova & Marina Nikolova: Animation in support of our shared future: making a stop-motion animation film.

11 June: Afternoon session: creative workshop - Ass. Dr. Ralitsa Kovacheva-Bejan: The power of creativity for environmental protection (vibration, sound, thoughts, words, inspiration, empathy, awareness).
