Thank you for your interest in joining the Auckland Writers Festival Waituhi o Tāmaki volunteer team.

Each year we are fortunate to have over 120 volunteers assist us to deliver a Festival of 200+ events with more than 200 of the world's best writers and thinkers, over six days in the heart of Tāmaki Makaurau.

We have a wide range of volunteer jobs available, and require our volunteers to commit to a minimum of three, four-hour shifts so please bear this in mind when you apply.

While we try hard to accommodate everyone who would like to be involved, this is not always possible as we are not always able to match our roster with your availability, but we will do our very best.

Volunteer registrations close 1July and notification of rosters will be made in mid-July.
