Thank you for registering to take part in the Civil Service LGBT+ mentoring programme.

This survey will help us to understand more about who is taking part in the programme and how much they benefit from it. The mentoring programme aims to provide:

• career development opportunities to LGBT+ civil servants that they otherwise would not have been able to access
• improved access to and visibility of LGBT+ role models across government

We will send you another survey after you have finished your speed mentoring sessions, so we can compare the data.

This is an anonymous survey. It should take about 10 minutes to complete.

You will be asked about your previous experience as a mentor or mentee, and some demographic questions.

We take your privacy seriously and will handle your data with care and respect. We will only use the information you give us for the purpose of administering the mentoring programme. We will not share it with a third party for any other purpose.
