2023 BMS Football Sign-Up
This form is intended only for those who wish to play football at Buckhorn Middle School during the 2023 - 24 school year. Please fill out all of the contact information below & check for accuracy. The info you provide will be used for our official roster, emergency contact info, and email for important updates. There are 2 major requirements listed below that must be completed for ALL players before participating in any BMS Football activity.

  1. This sign-up form must be completed & submitted, even if you are a returning player.
  2. All players must have a Dragonfly account and an up to date physical uploaded before they can participate in any AHSAA sports activity, including Spring/Summer workouts. Visit Parents — DragonFly (dragonflymax.com)  to get started. If new to Dragonfly, choose the 2022-23 school year since this is when Spring training will start. Returning players should already have an account, just make sure your physical hasn't expired.
*If you have multiple students participating, please fill out a separate form for each of them.

**Spring Evaluations will start on April 25th. All players must have a physical on file and be enrolled at BMS or one of our feeder schools before participating.
