Participant intake form
This information will be used to select and contact participants for research sessions.

Our research sessions are held every few weeks and are held entirely online. They typically consist of a 10-20 minute interview or survey (for a $10 CAD Amazon gift card) or a 45 minute interview or testing session (for a $20 CAD Amazon gift card). 

In these sessions, you may be asked to explore a website, share your experiences, sort information, or click through a test design. No experience is necessary and there are no right or wrong answers. 

Once you sign up, you'll be notified about research sessions as they become available (no more than 1-2 emails per month).
