Seed Starting- preparing seed trays and planting seed within the nursery to germinate before being transplanted into the raised beds, high tunnel, etc.

Sowing- directly planting seeds in the raised beds, high tunnel, or fields

Transplanting- moving germinated crops from seed trays in the nursery to the raised beds, high tunnel, and fields

Pruning- clipping unnecessary, detrimental growth from tomato, basil, and squash plants

Watering- routinely checking the moistness of the soil in the raised beds, high tunnel, and fields, and watering areas that are dry

Weeding- routinely removing any plant growth in the raised beds, high tunnel, and fields that was not placed their intentionally

Harvesting- routinely collecting fully grown produce from crops in the raised beds, high tunnel, and fields; packaging the produce; and storing it for the following market

Composting-routinely balancing the amounts of green and brown materials in the compost in order to maximize the efficiency of the composting process

Market Prep- assisting in the process of setting up for markets and/or taking down markets after completion

Running Markets- assisting in the process of running markets by helping customers and restocking produce
