The After Prom Party is a 30+ year tradition here at Rockville. Our mission is to keep this event free to low cost each year. This event is a 100% parent planned and funded event. It is from 11PM to 3 AM directly after Prom to ensure our students have a safe and fun way to continue making memories on prom night. After Prom cost over $18,000. We need parents from all grade levels to join this committee. The After School Cafe is an invaluable resource for our students involved in extracurricular activities. This cafe is open from 2:30 PM- 3:00 PM Tuesday- Thursday. We provide low cost/ "healthyish" snacks for students to grab and go. Athletes, musicians, thespians and more need fuel to keep going before dinner. Parents can help support the After School Cafe, by donating snacks and their time. We will need parents to manage the cafe. It is a quick volunteer job for just an hour at a time. If you work from home and can give a few days a month, your time is greatly appreciated. We also have an Amazon Registry for a direct donation of snacks to the cafe.
