For email, google apps, Net-ID enabled services (GMS, MyAccess, VPN, etc.) please contact the UIS help desk at (202) 687-4949 or help@georgetown.edu.

For xerox printer/copier issues, please contact (202) 687-4949 and select Prompt #3. After transferring to the Xerox/COS Help Desk, select Prompt #1 for service. Provide agent with: Name and number, department & location, serial number, and description of problem.
     
For problems with Canvas, please email canvas-help@georgetown.edu or contact Canvas support (833-476-1171).
