With the passage of Perkins V each school district’s Career and Technical Education Department must complete a Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA) to serve as the basis for local Perkins V application development and future decision making. City Schools of Decatur is in the process of conducting our first CLNA and this survey will assist us in the identification of our overarching needs.
