OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE DENMARK FFA’S CHILI COOK-OFF
1.) All entries must be ready to serve by 11:00am or the contestant will be disqualified.
2.) All ingredients must be pre-cooked & treated prior to the event – chili is to be brought “ready-to-eat”.
3.) Contestants are responsible for supplying all of their own utensils & products relating to their chili submission and maintenance of its proper temperature for serving. Spoons and cups for use in serving chili will be provided.
4.) Each contestant may cook as much chili as they like, but they must dedicate five (5) quarts of competition chili for judging.
5.) The decision of the judges’ is final. Judging will be based on the tally of chips given to each contestant. 100% of the results will be from the people’s choice.
