Dear parents,

As you will be aware from 'Mrs Bath's update about September' video, the school kitchen will not be preparing hot meals initially from the beginning of next academic year.  Instead, they are preparing packed lunches that will be delivered to your child's classroom where they will eat.  

It would really help the meal planning for the kitchen if parents could indicate if they would wish their child to have a packed lunch in the first week of September on Wednesday 2nd , Thursday 3rd, Friday 4th.

A packed lunch costs £2.10 a day.  If you are in receipt of Free School Meals, your child will be automatically ordered a packed lunch and yo do not need to respond to this survey. Children in Years Recption, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible for Universal School Meals and also do not need to respond to this survey.

If you DO NOT want your child to have a packed lunch, you do not need to complete the survey either.  It is only therefore for parents in Years 3 to 6 not in receipt of Free School Meals who would like to purchase a school meals packed lunch for their child.
