TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC) facilities are available to local business, industry, nonprofits and the general community to rent at the fair market rental rates as determined by the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD).

Reservations are based on type of event and availability of facilities.

PVCC requires 30 business days for processing prior to the requested date(s) of your event and may require additional time for more complex events.  

All required rental documents and fees must be reviewed, approved, and received five business days prior to the scheduled event.

Please keep in mind that our priority is our students and campus community, and completion of this application does not guarantee a facility reservation.
