BHCUSD is proud to partner with SIHF in providing families an opportunity to receive low-cost to no-cost physicals and immunizations. This is an excellent way for families to meet the State of Illinois requirements for PreK, Kindergarten, 6th, 9th, and 12th grade. Exams and immunizations will be conveniently completed by SIHF providers at the BHHS Library during the evening of Parent Teacher Conferences. SIHF will be billing Medicaid, private insurers, and happily providing services on a sliding fee scale at a reduced cost for those self paying. If you have a question about cost, please contact the school nurse. If you are interested, please complete this Google Form so that we may provide SIHF with an estimate of patients for the evening.
