Over the summer holidays M3 are offering underwater swim video analysis.

Videoing will take place 7-7:30pm before the usual swimslot at Gardyne between 30th june up to and including 18th august

Feedback and drills/links to helpful videos will be provided by the coach, as well as access to download your footage.
