ESage Summer 2022 - Program Policies

Please check to agree to each statement and sign at the bottom to indicate you have read and agree to ESage's Summer 2023 Policies.

I understand the ESage Summer Program will be operating on a first come, first served capacity. Enrollment will be limited and dependent on staffing and available space.

I understand the Summer 2022 Hours of Operation will be 7:45am-6pm.

I understand a consistent 3, 4 or 5 day per week schedule is required for enrollment. The days my child is scheduled will stay consistent from week to week.

I understand ESage will be issuing limited credits for missed days at this time. Credits will only be issued for illness/required quarantine or one consecutive week for vacation.

I understand that in order to withdraw my child from the ESage program, a Schedule Request Form must be submitted at least TWO WEEKS in advance of the intended final day of attendance. Final payment will be prorated for a partial billing cycle.
