After School Martial Arts (Capoeira) - 2019 / 2020

Welcome and thank you for your interest in After School Capoeira Martial Arts. Our program is a great way for your child to release extra energy in a safe, fun, healthy, and constructive way. Children have fun learning the unique martial art of Capoeira while developing self-confidence and self-control all within a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.

We offer an exciting alternative to standard after-school care and we pride ourselves on providing a top quality program where your child will become more fit, focused, disciplined and self-confident! The children are immersed in a positive environment centered on all the benefits Capoeira has to offer:

Capoeira Activities:
• Capoeira movements & self-defense
• Anti-bullying & confidence building activities
• Weekly life-skill curriculum
• Beginner Acrobatics: floor and trampoline
• Capoeira Music: learn how to play three different instruments and songs in Portuguese
• Capoeira history & culture activities

After School Capoeira Includes:
o Free Transportation from school to our academy
o Quiet time for homework and reading
o Daily Capoeira class
o Free Extended pickup time until 6:30pm (additional extended pickup time until 7pm: $12 per school week)

OPTION #1 – WEEKLY: $84 per week (debited on the Friday before each new week)
OPTION #2 - MONTHLY: $79 per week (one monthly payment $316 debited on the 12th of each month)
OPTION #3 - ONE TIME: As us how to save 10% by paying the school year in full

Monthly Payment Option Details:

The monthly payment of $316 is based on a total number of pickup days for the entire school year and then divided up into equal monthly payments. This is the flat rate for each month during the school year, regardless of how many school days or vacation days (i.e. Winter break & other vacation days). If you sign up after the start of the school year, your monthly payments of $316 will begin on the 12th of the month (last payment is 05/12/20), and you will be given a prorated amount to pay at the time of registration (based on your start date, and only if you sign up after the start of the school year) along with the $75.00 registration fee, which include a full CBP Capoeira uniform (pants / shirt).

Weekly Payment Option Details:

The weekly payment of $84 is based on a total number of pickup days for the entire school year and then divided up into equal weekly payments. This is the flat rate for each week during the school, regardless of how many school days or vacation days that week (i.e. Winter break – payments do not stop over school breaks). If you sign up after the start of the school year there is a $75.00 registration fee, which include a full CBP Capoeira uniform (pants / shirt).

Your payment includes:
o Transportation from school to the academy
o After-school Capoeira until 6:30 pm
o Special discounts on camp days and special events only for After School members.

How Do I Enroll?
1. Completely fill out this online registration form.
2. Save your child’s spot with a $50 deposit which will applied to your last after school payment.

A CBP staff member will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your registration and answer any questions you might have!

General Terms of Agreement *

This registration agreement is executed as of the date registration is submitted, by and between Capoeira Brazilian Pelourinho, Inc, hereinafter referred to as CBP / CBP Martial Arts Academy / CFT, and the Responsible Party/Buyer named as Parent #1 or Parent #2, who has caused his/her signature or digital signature to be affixed hereto.
