LoG 2024 local meetup Organizer Recruiter Form  
We are organizing the Learning on Graphs (LoG) local meetup event. LoG is a community initiative created in 2022 to build a platform for graph machine learning researchers to present, publish and interact with each other. We are looking for new organizers regularly (every year) to expand the expertise and diversity of the team. To be specific, we are looking for people who are interested in joining the organizing team. Some basic responsibilities include:
  • Dedicated to one or more primary tasks.
  • Committed and responsible to the assigned tasks through the early planning to the end of the meetup.
Some abilities or indicators for a good organizer:
  • Past experience in organizing community events (e.g. workshops, meetups, etc.)
  • Passion in serving the community (e.g. reviews, chairs, educations, etc.)
We especially encourage people who are from historically underrepresented groups to apply and expand graph machine learning research to the world.
