MEETINGS.

Mandatory planning meetings will be detailed and scheduled Tuesday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, by the discretion of the planner. Requests outside of that timeframe are not mandatory but will be considered.

EVENT ORDER TIMELINE.

Your wedding details will be fulfilled and completed on an event order timeline. This form will be overviewed at the Pre-Wedding Check-In Meeting. Authorization of this form will be signed (14) days prior.

We cannot guarantee any changes outside of the event order timeline.

NON-WEDDING DAY SERVICES.

It is not the responsibility of the coordinator or coordination company for the following tasks/roles |

trash removal
food service
bar service
flower/decoration installations and/or setups that require a ladder, tools or special adhesives
unscheduled off-site errands
onsite ceremony rehearsal leadership

BILLING.

Upon your signature, FLWE Essential Wedding Planning will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date.

The Client shall make a non-refundable deposit retainer of 25% of the subtotal for the coordination service specified herein. Upon payment, the time and date agreed upon by all parties is confirmed exclusively.

The total balance amount (excluding the gratuity) and any add-ons must be paid (14) days from the booking date by noon central standard time. A $50.00 late fee will apply each day the payment has not been made in full, after this deadline passes unless approved in writing. No services will be provided until full payment is made.

In the event the agreement has been cancelled due to nonpayment, your wedding date & time may be re-booked by other parties, without exception and without notice. Payment will still be due to avoid legal action. Payments can be made via Paypal or Apple Pay.

PAYMENT.

The total balance will be split into four payments.

25% upon confirmation of the agreement
25% (2) months prior to the wedding date
remaining balance minus the mandatory gratuity (14) days prior to the wedding date
gratuity paid in cash the day of the wedding upon the coordinators' arrival

MANDATORY GRATUITY.

It is understood a mandatory gratuity of $150 shall be paid in cash and delivered to the lead day-of coordinator in an envelope the day of the wedding, upon arrival. Any additional gratuity gifted to your coordinators and/or planner is appreciated but not required.

CHANGES.

Any changes/cancellation made to this contract must be made in writing and signed by all parties.

In the event the wedding couple is forced to change the date of the wedding, every effort will be made by Fancy Lane Weddings & Events to transfer location reservations and to support the new date.

The wedding couple agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the contract signee. There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set in the original contract.
