The Dad's Club of the Catholic School of St. Eugene was formed to provide support, both physical and financial, to the school. One of our primary missions is to provide financial aid to families that have had a parent pass away to enable the students to continue to get a Catholic Education at St. Eugene.

Below is the application for financial aid. Please complete all questions and sections to the best of your ability. You will need to complete the form for each child for whom you are asking for aid. The information included will only be reviewed by the officers of the Dad's Club and will not be shared with anyone outside of that group.
