Many have responded to our district survey regarding your intentions for reentry in September. We are in the process of finalizing our schedule for the 2020-2021 school year. We need to know if you are planning for your child to return to school with a hybrid schedule, or remain at home learning remotely. Please be sure to fill in your child's name.  Complete multiple surveys if you have more than one child attending CMS. It is imperative that you fill out this form by 7/29.
