Transferrable OR non-transferrable license? *
A transferable license is recommended and allows a school to retain a resource in the case of educator turnover. For example, if one transferable license is purchased, and the teacher leaves the school or retires, the new hire will not require an additional license to use the curriculum. This is a more cost-effective option; it is essentially a site license that allows x amount of teachers to use the materials each year (amount of licenses purchased for school). If you purchase a non-transferable license, only the teacher(s) it was initially purchased for can use the resource during their employment at the school.
