Harwood Meadows Primary School will be opening to Years 4, 5 and 6 from W/C 8th June (staggered start date to be confirmed). Please complete the following questionnaire in order that we can ascertain final numbers for reopening.

Parents and carers should be aware that, in order to safely re-open school, it is highly likely that your child may be taught by different teachers and in a different classroom setting. It is also likely that they will have little to no contact during the school day with their wider peer group in order to effectively ensure potential transmission rates are reduced.

We realise that these are challenging times and would remind you that school will continue to support you no matter what you decide is best for your family.
