EENA intends to launch a Special Project on AI for PSAPs and emergency dispatch centres in 2024. This Special Project would consider testing the use of various AI applications in PSAPs and control rooms across Europe.

As you may already know, Artificial Intelligence offers a great deal of possibilities for emergency services: supporting triage, quality assurance, language detection and translation, mental health, staffing, detection of cardiac arrest and detection of dangerous objects on videos (non-exhaustive list).

This Google form will allow you to tell us about your interests in AI as well as any current or future work you may be doing. Please note, there are separate sections for corporate members as well as public authorities.
