Spring 2020 Student/Parent Survey

The purpose of this survey is to get parent input as to how they wish to conduct classes for the Spring 2020 sessions.

This survey is NOT for our Social Acting students. A separate and different survey will be emailed at a later date.

Here are some of our plans if we do online classes:

- The class would be held via Google Hangouts Meet or Zoom. If on Google Hangouts, students/parents would
need a Gmail Account.
- Unicorn Haven would establish and share with parents online class etiquette prior to the start of class.
- Parents or a caregiver would be encouraged to be near their students as they take the class (We understand
this is not possible with other kids in the home. We would ask for the parents’ cell phone number so the
teacher can text you if we need help to get your kiddo back on track.)
- A quiet place/room for the student to concentrate on the class for an hour without outside distractions.
- Worksheets and visuals would be emailed or mailed to students prior to each class.
- Parents will receive a message telling them what was discussed in the group after each class.

This is a work in progress. If you have any ideas that you think we could implement, we would love to hear them. We have a place in the survey for your input.

Unfortunately, none of the above options work for us.
