CA Physical Activity and Well-being Diary
Your PE lesson for the weeks that we are off school is to engage in some form of physical activity, at least twice a week (or every day if you think you can do it!!)
This can be an online fitness class (Body Coach, GBXercise, Nike Training app etc), walking the dog, going for a run, weights, dancing, yoga or some kind of skill related- trick shot challenge!
Sometimes, the hardest bit about getting active is getting started and making it part of your daily routine. Having a routine at this time, possibly more than ever, is crucially important to help you maintain your physical and mental health. Eating well, sleeping well and getting active are all key to boosting your overall well-being.
