Each spot is a 10 x 11 outdoor space.

Please describe your set up, how many tables you use, size of tables, if you use walls instead of tables, etc. Please be completely accurate with what you describe so spaces can be allocated appropriately.

I will comply with Outdoor Space guidelines & rules.

- Please realize anything that you use to anchor your tent must also be INSIDE your 10 x 11 space and weighted, not staked into the street.

- Cement blocks, wood, sandbags (whatever you use to hold your tent down) must not expand into your neighbor’s space!

I understand that my registration fee is non-refundable.

I will conduct myself in a clean and orderly manner and maintain my professionalism with my neighbors, volunteers, patrons, and any staff of the event.

I shall and will indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of From The Heart Art & Craft Fair, the Chamber and it’s coordinators and volunteers and property owners from and against any losses, liability, claims demands, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, lawsuits, proceedings, damages, actions and causes of action of any kind and nature arising or growing out of or in any way connected with From The Heart Art & Craft Fair.

I assume responsibility for all personal property, materials, products, artwork and merchandise, tools & equipment, etc. while participating in said event.

I have read the RULES AND REGULATIONS for From the Heart Art Craft Fair and I agree to abide by its content.

Advertising this event is very important to us and to you, for the success of the Fair. We will be advertising on social media with sponsored ads, flyers hung everywhere in the area, table tents, local newspapers, Midwest Art Fair Guide website, Explore Minnesota website, and word of mouth.

Rules and Regulations

This is a RAIN OR SHINE event! We will not cancel the event due to rain or inclement weather. We will not reschedule to a different date if there is rain or inclement weather. Fees are not refunded for weather conditions!
All vendors must supply their own tables, tents, chairs, tablecloths, cords, etc. Please bring only enough for your allotted space. Anything that goes beyond your allotted space will be removed. Tables are to be set up in a horseshoe shape so patrons can enter into your booth.
No signage, rack, table or shelf may block off the vendor next to you. If you have anything it will need to be placed within your booth so as not to block the items your neighboring vendor is trying to sell, to keep walkways clear and safe.
You are responsible to keep your space clean, neat and safe for everyone.
This is a juried event. We reserve the right to turn away an applicant due to having too many of a certain product or the product not being a good fit for the type of event.
We highly discourage small children from joining you at this event. If they must, we ask that the children be well behaved and monitored by you. Any children left to roam by themselves will result in the removal of your space from the event. We ask this out of respect for the fellow vendors and patrons coming to enjoy the day.
Vendors will not be allowed to degrade other vendor’s brands in order to boost their own sales. Any slander will result in removal from the event.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or broken items.
If you are unable to attend, for whatever reason, you cannot transfer or sell your spot/space without written permission from the Craft Fair Committee.
Reminder: you can only sell one product per space (meaning - if you are signed up to sell Avon you can only sell Avon, not Avon and Tupperware in that space). Only one product is allowed per paid space.
