ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: You must inform us at least 24 hours prior to your tour of any severe allergies or dietary restrictions (vegetarian, shellfish, gluten, nuts, etc.) of which we should be aware. Information provided with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated.
RESERVATION POLICY: Your entire party must adhere to the scheduled itinerary timeline outlining arrival and departure times for each restaurant. Your entire party must arrive and depart promptly at the designated time. Latecomers will not be admitted, and the meal forfeited without refund.
REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY: Tours are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or exchanged for any other date or time. Tickets, however, are transferable.
CHILDREN & NON-PARTICIPANTS POLICY: All guests, including children, must purchase a ticket whether they participate in the food tastings or not. Non-paying individuals will not be able to join the tour. No exceptions will be made.
