Middle Grades Institute 2023: Registration
This summer’s Institute prepares individuals, teams, and schools to create and develop equitable learning environments that respond to students’ identities, needs, and interests.

The format allows for participants to select from two options: 1) to convene regionally in person, or 2) to participate fully remotely. In both cases, participants will interact with others across MGI through remote workshops, book groups, and small discussion groups. MGI facilitators will be both in-person and online.

Participants will explore learners’ needs in relation to an array of themes, including equity, antiracism, personalization, trauma-informed practice, social- emotional learning, restorative practice, social justice, and more.

Participants will:
Set meaningful goals for themselves and their school communities.
Design a pathway to achieve those goals.
Collaborate in deep and thoughtful work with other dedicated educators.
Engage in team time, facilitated workshops, small group discussions, one-on-one consultations, self-paced modules, and consultations with students.

Join us for the MGI 2023 Institute (June 26-June 30, 2023) by completing the registration form below.  Those who enroll for the optional graduate credit will be expected to present at the Middle Grades Conference in January 2024, which will be held at the Davis Center at University of Vermont in Burlington.
