General Information:

  1. Complete the application in full, answer ALL questions to the best of your ability.

    Section 1 to be completed by the Parent or Legal Guardian of the Prospective Player

    Section 2 to be completed by the Prospective Player

  2. Please submit a brief email of recommendation from your coach or community leader to support your application. (Email to: Scholarship@PleasantonLacrosse.com)

  3. The completed application MUST be received by November 15th to be processed prior to registration deadlines.

  4. Approved Scholarship recipients will be notified by December 1st (or sooner).

 

NOTE: PLC is an all volunteer run organization.  We ask for participation from all, and an increased level of volunteer participation from scholarship recipients as able.
