The 2022 Marais des Cygnes District 4-H Club Day will be February 26, 2022 at Prairie View Middle School.  Please fill out the form below to register for your Group/Club events.  When you are finished be sure to Submit the form.  If you would like a print out of what you registered for, please print the page using your browser print menu before clicking on the continue button.

Please include the names of those participating, we understand that there may be changes. Your list will be attached to your score sheet at Club Days so that you will be able to make changes that day. This will also help us in making sure we do not have duplicate groups when  doing the schedule.

Registration is due by Midnight on February 4, 2022.
