PECIL Parking Permit & Vehicle Registration Information

PECIL students that drive are required to purchase a parking decal through the online payment center. Students are required to complete the following Student Driver Application form for our records. If any information changes after that form is submitted please be sure to provide us with the new information. Completing and submitting this form validates that you have read the Student Driver rules and regulations for parking on PCC campus, equipped with PECIL rules and agree to follow all rules and regulations.

Cost: $12

Please remember, to always have your hanging tag visible in your car at all times while on campus. Turn in your last year tag as it is no longer valid.
