We are currently hiring for two part-time Drivers/Program Coordinators, one part-time Grant Writer, and one full-time Executive Assistant.

Requirements for the Program Coordinator position:

  • Life experience of being a Young Women of Color 
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Have at least an Associate Degree 
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Be able to commute to the office (Lynnwood) as well as to various community center and school (Snohomish and King) 
  • Proficient in Google Workplace
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Mentoring experience preferred
