Skull Studios Portrait and Fathead Prints/Reprint Order Form
Use this form to order portrait prints, Fathead reprints, yard signs, or Big Heads. Portraits and Fatheads are available for the sports teams, cheer, dance and specified events.

Early Bird purchase price is $25. Portrait orders placed after the order deadlines are $35. Reorders for packages are $10.

Big Heads are $20. Yard Signs are $35.

Photos are retouched and lighting/color corrected only when PAID print orders are received.

Our STANDARD PHOTO PACKAGE is the best deal we can offer, and it includes (1) 8"X10" Team, (1) "8x10" Individual, (2) 5"X7s", (4) 4x6 and (4) 2"X3" Wallets and costs $25. After the order deadline, the cost goes up to $35. If team photos are not available, two individual photos or a team grid will be substituted.

If you DO NOT WANT A STANDARD PORTRAIT PACKAGE you may order CUSTOM PRINTS through this form, but you must first find the album link in the correct school year, then pick the file number(s) of your selected photo, the print size(s) you desire and any special instructions for retouching or background replacement. After you provide this information in SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS one of our Skull Studios Representatives will contact you with a price quote for your order.
