This form is to be filled out by athletes PRE-registering for the Bulldogs Baseball Academy Fall Ball 2021 season.

No deposit or payment is required at this time. A formal registration will follow in the coming weeks which will require a deposit. The tentative season schedule will vary according to age group.

Tryouts will be held for each team in the event registrations exceed roster spots.

NOTE:
-clothing will be an additional fee and registration fees will increase with addition of weight training this year.
-players can use the same jersey and t-shirt as last year, but will require new hats & sweat suits  (Sweat suits only for 18U and 15U players)
-deposit for all players in each age group will be $200 at time of registration
