Student Refund Waiver
A federal student aid (FSA) balance overage or refund is created when the total of all FSA funds credited to a student's account exceed the total of tuition, fees, room, board, and other eligible educational charges on a student's account. Your FSA balance was created by federal funds from your financial aid award.

Unless a student or parent (in the case of the parent plus loan) authorizes a school to hold a refund, the credit balance is required to be paid to the student or parent as soon as possible but not later than 14 calendar days after the refund was created.

This form, if signed by you, authorizes Coker University to hold the amount of your refund indicated below and apply it towards your student account for a future balance. The student or parent has a right to withhold agreement from this authorization. If you elect not to authorize Coker to hold your refund, you will receive a direct deposit or check within 14 calendar days after the credit balance was created in accordance with Coker University's credit disbursement policy. Note: cancellation of this form is not retroactive.
