Use this form to nominate yourself or another person for The Evergreen Project Board 2019 Election.

Nominations may be made by any individual who has contributed to Evergreen or who is employed by an institution that runs Evergreen. There are five board seats to be filled, four of which are normal three-year terms, and one which is a one-year term that will complete a vacated position's seat.

The deadline for nominations is April 5, 2019.
