Who: We welcome all teachers interested in Adaptive Schools Training. If you're a PLC Lead who hasn't participated before, this could be particularly beneficial for you.

Note: College Credit will be available. 1.5 hours for $135.00

What: To provide individuals, teams, and organizations with the identity, capabilities, concepts, and skills to establish and sustain systems that result in increased performance and resourcefulness.

Outcomes:

•Understand research findings regarding professional community in schools
•Understand the why, what and how of becoming adaptive
•Apply structures and processes for collaborative conversations
