SUSA Spring 2024 Event Room Request Form
Please submit this form with the required information at least one week before the scheduled event. If the requested room is available, a confirmation email will be sent to the email listed in the form submission. If not, the club will be contacted with alternate rooms or times. Please allow 72 hours (3 business days) after submission for a response. If the request is submitted on a Friday after 12pm or anytime during the weekend, it will not be looked at until Monday so please account for the delay.
