Register here for the 4-H Sewing Basics classes for April 2024

In this 4 week series, youth ages 8+ will learn how to use a sewing machine, sew a straight line, and experience using a variety of sewing tools. Youth will make a needle book and a tote bag using their new sewing skills.

Dates: Tuesdays, April 9, 16, 23, and 30

Time: 1:00-3:00 pm OR 4:30-6:30 pm

Location: Douglas-Sarpy Extension Office, 8015 W. Center Road, Omaha, NE 68124

Cost: $25 per youth participant. Youth registration must be paid by Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Please see payment options below:

Mail or drop off cash or check payments to the Extension office. Checks can be written to: University of Nebraska-Lincoln (Mailing address: 8015 W. Center Rd. Omaha, NE 68124).
Credit card payments can be taken by phone on weekdays from 8:30am-4:00pm. Please inform the front desk staff that you are paying for the Sewing Basics April 2024 class registration (Phone Number: 402.444.7804).

Open to youth ages 8+, max number 6 youth. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to join the class free of charge.
