This help ticket form is specifically for reporting problems with student Chromebooks, problems with accessing apps/programs through the Chromebook, and other student specific tech problems. Please submit ONE help ticket for each specific problem. Please note that being unable to access any app/program on the device is one problem and multiple tickets (one for each app/program) WILL NOT be needed. (If this is a parent submission I may try to create a Zoom contact with you to better determine the nature of the problem.)
