Hennepin County is excited to be a recipient of the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP). As we begin this work, it is critical to build a diverse team to support the planning and implementation of strategies to prevent and end youth homelessness. What questions do you have about the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP)?

How would you like to be involved in this work? *

I'd like to join a Core Planning Team, meeting regularly with other planners (meeting times TBD)

I'd like to support the writing of the Coordinated Community Plan to prevent and end youth homelessness

I want to stay updated on the progress of this work via email updates and larger community meetings, as needed

I'm available to provide feedback on the work throughout the planning process, but can not be directly involved in the day-to-day work

I want to join the Youth Action Board (members must be under the age of 25 with two thirds of the board having lived experience and expertise of homelessness)
