The model of discipleship where those with more experience and wisdom invest in the development of younger leaders is found throughout the Bible and reflected in how Jesus invested in twelve up and coming leaders. While this role of coach/mentor has definite responsibilities, it is our experience that coaches walk away from their time with young leaders just as blessed as the emerging leaders.

We call this process Generational Marketplace Discipleship. It is a rare space where a conversation can dive into a P&L statement and a discussion about how our faith impacts our HR policies or office interactions. Our emerging leaders long to live an integrated life, and they are looking for wisdom and guidance from those who have been walking that journey with some level of success. What we want most from you is a willingness to be vulnerable and share what God has taught you both in how you run your business/career and how you integrate your faith into all aspects of your work.

Our "coaching sessions" follow a very simple model of asking questions and creating actions steps/accountability.
Where are you now?
Where do you want/need to be?
What is standing in the way?
What will you work on this month to move through/past/around that obstacle?

Please review the following requirements as you fill out this application:
Attend an orientation where you will meet your emerging leader and learn more about the program as a whole (2 hours).
Begin your coaching sessions (at least 1 hour each month for 8 months)
