1. We are shipping anywhere within Metro Manila and some parts of Rizal only.
2. Shipping/Delivery is shouldered by the client.
3. We deliver within 2-3 business days for regular orders and 4-5 business days for custom orders after payment confirmation. We don't offer same day delivery but we will try to accommodate upon request if possible.
4. We deliver thru a third party courier, Lalamove (motorcycle, SUV, Light Truck). We assure clients that all items are dispatched at their best condition but we cannot guarantee that plants will not be shaken or moved during transport. Plants Manila will not be held liable for any damage caused by the courier but don't hesitate to contact us when this unfortunate event happens. We'd do our best to help resolve the situation.
5. We follow, "First Paid, First Served" policy.
6. We accept BDO or BPI bank deposits, GCash, Credit or Debit Card payments securely through PayPal upon request. We also do Cash-On-Delivery with additional fees.
7. For preorder and reservation, we require 50% down payment from the total amount given.
8. We have a "No Return, No Exchange" policy unless the fault is in our end. (Ex. Defective pot, etc.)
9. Plants are a gift of nature. Each kind is unique and may have imperfections. Every plant differ in the way they look but that's what makes them beautiful.
10. Please do not expect to get the exact same plant/s that you see in our feed for we have lots of other stocks available. If you wish to see actual photos, don't hesitate to ask us but please give us time to check for stocks in our HQ.
11. We value nature. We make use of recycled materials as packaging to reduce carbon footprint.
