Any Allergen Warnings?
Here are some examples to mention, if applicable:

Nuts: Many charcuterie boards include nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans. It's essential to highlight the presence of nuts for individuals with nut allergies.

Gluten: Some components of a charcuterie board, such as crackers, breadsticks, or cured meats, may contain gluten. Gluten is a common allergen for individuals with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Dairy: Cheeses are a staple of charcuterie boards, but they can pose a risk for individuals with dairy allergies or lactose intolerance. Be sure to specify the types of cheeses used and whether they contain dairy.

Soy: Soy-based products, such as soy sauce or tofu, may be included on charcuterie boards, especially in marinades or dips. Individuals with soy allergies should be aware of these ingredients.

Shellfish: Some charcuterie boards feature seafood items like smoked salmon or shrimp. Individuals with shellfish allergies should be cautious and informed about potential allergens.

Eggs: Deviled eggs or egg-based spreads may be present on charcuterie boards. Individuals with egg allergies should be aware of these ingredients.

Sesame: Sesame seeds or sesame oil may be used as garnishes or in spreads on charcuterie boards. Individuals with sesame allergies should be mindful of these ingredients.

Sulfites: Certain cured meats, such as salami or prosciutto, may contain sulfites as preservatives. Sulfites can trigger allergic reactions in some individuals.

Mustard: Mustard seeds or mustard-based sauces may be included as accompaniments on charcuterie boards. Individuals with mustard allergies should be cautious.

Would you like to sell your board at the end of the contest? (preference to collect the board from the purchaser is needed as well)
