Snapology Austin Private Event Information

Snapology Austin's private events include requests for scouting, homeschool groups, educational pods, and teambuilding activities. Please be as specific as possible so that we can customize and quote your event accurately. We will provide a specific list of activity options based on your interest selection. Private event pricing varies based on the number of participants and the selected activity.

Private events have a 5-person minimum and require a $100 nonrefundable deposit to secure your event. This deposit will be applied to the final balance. Please note that your quote will include the date and time and will include a link for your signature and an invoice to pay the deposit to confirm your event. Should your event need to be canceled or delayed, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid the forfeiture of the full deposit.
