OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE AWARDS
PURPOSE
To recognize an employee whose outstanding performance has made an exceptional contribution to Westside Community Schools.
 
ELIGIBILITY
Any classified support staff employee (other than certificated teachers) employed by District 66 for two or more years and employed for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Previous recipients are again eligible in the third year or later after they have received the award.
 
NATURE OF AWARD
A $500 gift will be presented to each District 66 classified support employee selected.
 
NOMINATIONS
May be made by any employee, parent, or student at the Westside Community Schools. 
Deadline to submit nominations is Friday, May 5, 2023.

Criteria for selection of the award winner include:  positive leadership, service beyond normal expectation, community relations, job performance, human relations, contribution to morale.
 
Recommendations should focus on, but not necessarily be restricted to, the criteria as listed above.  Additional documentation or letters of support from other individuals may be included below or emailed directly to Theresa.
