We claim intellectual property of NaNoWriMo, National Novel Writing Month, and our logo. You may use them if:

* You do so as a fan of our programs (e.g., for an online writing group), not a representative.

* You do not use them as part of a paid product or service, or otherwise present us as endorsing a paid product or service.

* You understand the right of National Novel Writing Month to determine reasonable use of our names and logo, and will follow any requests to remove or modify.

You may not use our name or logo on any merchandise that is for sale.
