Please use this form to register for a virtual booth space for the 2021 Virtual Festival. The festival will take place on May 8th, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. online on all of HWOA's social media platforms.

Proceeds from the event will go towards the HWOA Scholarship Fund. Your participation is helping us make higher education a reality for Latino students.

Once payment and your application have been approved, you will be getting a follow-up email from HWOA with further instructions.

IMPORTANT: This year we will have very limited booth spaces, they will be reserved on a first-come-first served basis, and your space will only be secured once BOTH payment and registration are received.

Virtual Booth Space Perks
Opportunity to provide us with physical marketing material such as brochures, business cards, pens, ect., that we will put in the HWOA goodie bags to give to attendees during the drive-through event to establish connection with community members.

Visibility on HWOA website and social media platforms, by giving public recognition, during and post-event, and sharing information about your business/organization.  

By participating, you would be supporting the HWOA Scholarship Fund, helping increase the number of Latino students students who not only attend, but also graduate from a higher-level educational institution.
